Job description

  • You will take care of our foreign customers, your job description will consist of:
    • Processing of the RFQ from the client
    • Procurement of goods and services
    • Searching new vendors
    • Tracking Purchase Orders and delivery
    • Payment management
    • Price and payment condition negotiation
    • Administration and purchasing order management

Qualification Requirements

  • English - Upper-intermediate (B2) and Polish - Upper-intermediate (B2)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Standard computer (office) skills are required, experience with procurement is an advantage
