The Controller processes all cookies on the basis of Art. 6 paragraph 1 (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").

Transfer of cookies to a third country/international organisation:
The transfer of personal data from cookies is carried out to the United States of America based on the agreement on the use of Google Analytics and based on the agreement on the use of Google AdWords in accordance with Art. 46 paragraph 2 letter c) of the Regulation - concluded standard contractual clauses with Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Directly from the data subject (by expressing consent when visiting the website).
What is the storage period:
The Controller processes personal data from cookies for a maximum period of 24 months since giving the consent. Depending on different types of cookies, their processing time also varies.
Profiling:
The Controller processes personal data from cookies by profiling based on the consent of the data subject (marketing cookies through the use of Google AdWords).
Obligation to provide personal data in the form of cookies:
The website visitor as the data subject provides his/her personal data voluntarily, based on the consent (provision is not a legal/contractual requirement). In case of not providing them, the Controller will not process any type of cookies, except for necessary cookies, to ensure the provision, improvement and development of new services.

According to the Regulation, the website visitor has the right, as a data subject, to request access to personal data processed about him or her from the Controller, the right to correct personal data, the right to delete or restrict processing of personal data, the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to ineffectiveness of automated individual decision-making, including profiling, the right to data portability of personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic).
In case the Controller processes personal data based on the data subject's consent, the data subject shall have the right to withdraw his or her consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent before its withdrawal.
