Summary
For the needs of the client, we have developed a chatbot to help employees fill out a request for annual tax settlement. The chatbot asks questions that the employee answers and, based on their answers at the end of the conversation, generates a completed request that is automatically sent to the employee by e-mail. The e-mail also contains a generated list of attachments (based on the responses) that must be added to successfully process the request. The employee only checks the application and signs it, which means that it is ready to be handed over to the payroll department.
Benefits
By answering simple questions, the employee can go through the entire process of completing the application for annual tax settlement. The employee does not need to know the legislation regarding this issue in detail. Most employees can complete the form on their own, without the help of a payroll accountant.
Developers view
It was a challenge for us, as we are just getting started with the Power Platform. However, thanks to this project, we were able to gain a lot of new experience and gain a lot of knowledge.
