Teamwork makes the dream work. And nobody knows it better than our Croatian team
The atmosphere in a dream team should be relaxed and cooperative, right? That's exactly what it looks like in our Croatian crew. We are excited to introduce its unique members at first and if you keep reading, you will be able to understand some of their last projects as well. This team worked hard to achieve a great outcome on a project for our German client last year. They used an agile software development technique of pair programming in two-week sprints. Lots of constructive discussions and productive meetings were held to improve that process. They felt a strong sense of accomplishment when it was finally completed, getting to see their hard work pay off. Let's find out how they perceive it now. Does it sound appealing to you? Do you want to be a valuable team member? Are you excited by the idea of challenging projects and innovative technology? Make sure you send us your CV if you want to join us and grow unique together.

To my great surprise, I was successful, and I was able to embark on another big challenge at Unique People
Danka has more than 14 years of experience in programming, not only in backend but also in frontend technologies. In her last job she had to learn new technologies and be prepared to adapt to technology market. She did a lot of studies on her own whilst working on the running projects. She is experienced in development and maintenance of a system for tax offices. In the latest years, she is also responsible for mentoring of younger colleagues. It can be considered her passion from her university years, since she studied teaching of informatics and mathematics. It sounds exhausting, doesn´t it? Well, Danka handles even more. She is a mom of two lovely kids and in case she has some free time she reads or knits.

Our unique 2022
The year 2022 brought us new challenges that led us to the opening of the new branch in Split, expansion into new premises in Košice, establishment of new partnerships and to the acquisition of new projects. These brought new challenges in the form of large and interesting, but often demanding projects which tested our perseverance and ingenuity. Our international team grew by 40 members, we attended 3 weddings of our employees and many conferences, events, and workshops, among which were, for example, Qubit, Profesia Days or Dump Days in Croatia. Let's see what we experienced during each month.
